Please review the booking, payment, cancellation, and weather policies below.

Reservations and payment

To reserve your guide and accommodations, a 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, the guides and accommodations will be reserved. The balance is due 90 days before the trip date. Payments are made payable to Charlie Leslie Fly Fishing or by credit card over the phone at +501 673-0553.

Weather and unused portions

Trips cancelled or shortened because of inclement weather, acts of nature including hurricanes, airline delays, strikes, or political unrest are not refundable.

Any unused portion of a package by the guest’s choice is not refundable.

Cancellations

More than 90 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit may be transferred to another date or angler, or refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Between 45 and 90 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit may be transferred to another date or angler, or refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Less than 45 days before arrival: deposits are not refunded or credited to another date or angler.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to charlie@charlieleslieflyfishing.com.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that anglers and guests purchase travel insurance for their trip.
